Hadith Q168
Imam Abu Bakr, may Allah have mercy on him, says that we have already narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman bin Affan, may Allah be pleased with him, from the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding performing khilal (passing fingers) between the toes three times.
Hadith 168
Sayyiduna Laqit bin Sabrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I submitted, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), please tell me about ablution." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perform ablution completely, pass your fingers through the fingers (of your hands), and if you are not fasting, sniff water up into your nose thoroughly."
