Hadith Q163
وَفِيهِ أَيْضًا دَلَالَةٌ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمَاسِحَ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْقَدَمَيْنِ غَيْرُ مُؤَدٍّ لِلْفَرْضِ، لَا كَمَا زَعَمَتِ الرَّوَافِضُ أَنَّ الْفَرْضَ مَسْحُ ظُهُورِهِمَا لَا غَسْلُ جَمِيعِ الْقَدَمَيْنِ.
This also contains evidence that one who wipes over the upper part of the feet does not fulfill the obligation, contrary to the belief of the Rafidah who say that it is not obligatory to wash the entire feet, rather it is obligatory to wipe over their upper part.
Hadith 163
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Harith bin Jaz’ Zubaidi رضي الله عنه that he heard the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم say: “There is a punishment of fire for (dry) heels and soles.”
