جماع أبواب ذكر الماء الذي لا ينجس، والذي ينجس إذا خالطته نجاسةChapters on Water that is Pure and Impure
(73) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ الْوُضُوءِ مِنَ الْمَاءِ الدَّائِمِ الَّذِي قَدْ بِيلَ فِيهِ، وَالنَّهْيِ عَنِ الشُّرْبِ مِنْهُ بِذِكْرِ لَفْظٍ عَامٍّ مُرَادُهُ خَاصٌّ
Chapter 73: Prohibition of ablution from still water that has been urinated in, and drinking from it, with general wording
Hadith 94
نا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَنَسُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ مِينَاءَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي الْمَاءِ الدَّائِمِ ، ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْهُ أَوْ يَشْرَبُ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "None of you should ever urinate in standing water and then perform ablution with it or drink from it."
