(55) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنْ نَظَرِ الْمُسْلِمِ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ أَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ
Chapter 55: Prohibition of looking at the private parts of another Muslim
Hadith 72
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَنْظُرُ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ الرَّجُلِ ، وَلا تَنْظُرُ الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى عَوْرَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ ، وَلا يُفْضِي الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ ، وَلا تُفْضِي الْمَرْأَةُ إِلَى الْمَرْأَةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ "
Hazrat Abdur Rahman bin Abi Saeed narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Abu Saeed (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No man should look at the private parts of another man, and no woman should look at the private parts of another woman. No man should sleep with another man in a single garment, nor should any woman sleep with another woman in a single garment."
