(47) بَابُ كَرَاهِيَةِ تَسْمِيَةِ الْبَائِلِ مُهْرِيقًا لِلْمَاءِ
Chapter 47: Dislike of calling the urinator “water spiller”
Hadith 64
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، وَابْنِ أَبِي حَرْمَلَةَ ، عَنْ كُرَيْبٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " بَالَ فِي الشِّعْبِ لَيْلَةَ الْمُزْدَلِفَةِ " وَلَمْ يَقُلْ : أَهْرَاقَ الْمَاءَ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Usamah bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the night of Muzdalifah, stopped in a valley and urinated. It was not mentioned that (the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) poured water.
