(46) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ تَفْرِيجِ الرِّجْلَيْنِ عِنْدَ الْبَوْلِ قَائِمًا، إِذْ هُوَ أَحْرَى أَنْ لَا يُنْشَرَ الْبَوْلُ عَلَى الْفَخِذَيْنِ وَالسَّاقَيْنِ

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُبَارَكِ الْمُخَرِّمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ ، وَعَاصِمِ بْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَتَى عَلَى سُبَاطَةِ بَنِي فُلانٍ ، فَفَرَجَ رِجْلَيْهِ وَبَالَ قَائِمًا "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Mughirah bin Shu’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) came riding on the horse of such-and-such people, then he spread both his legs and urinated while standing.
