(386) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ فِي السَّفَرِ،386 Chapter: Permission to Combine Two Prayers While Traveling.
Hadith Q968
وَإِنْ كَانَ الْمَرْءُ نَازِلًا فِي الْمَنْزِلِ غَيْرَ سَائِرٍ وَقْتَ الصَّلَاتَيْنِ .
Even if the traveler is staying at a place during the time of these two prayers and is not traveling.
