(318) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْكَلِمَةَ إِذَا جَرَتْ عَلَى لِسَانِ الْمُصَلِّي مِنْ غَيْرِ تَعَمُّدٍ مِنْهَ لَهَا،318 Chapter: Evidence That If a Word Is Uttered Unintentionally in Prayer, It Does Not Invalidate It.
Hadith Q865
وَلَا إِرَادَةٍ مِنْهَ لِنُطْقِهَا، لَمْ تُفْسِدْ عَلَيْهِ صَلَاتَهُ وَلَمْ يَجِبْ عَلَيْهِ إِعَادَةُ تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةِ، إِنْ كَانَ قَابُوسُ بْنُ أَبِي ظَبْيَانَ يَجُوزُ الِاحْتِجَاجُ بِخَبَرِهِ فَإِنَّ فِي الْقَلْبِ مِنْهُ
So his prayer will not be invalidated, nor will it be necessary to repeat that prayer. Although it is permissible to take evidence from the narration of Qaboos bin Abi Zubyan, my heart is not satisfied with it.
