جماع أبواب سترة المصليChapters on the Sutrah for the Praying Person
(290) بَابُ أَمْرِ الْمُصَلِّي بِالدَّرْءِ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ الْمَارَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ،290 Chapter: Command for the Worshipper to Prevent Someone from Passing in Front of Him.
Hadith Q816
وَإِبَاحَةِ قِتَالِهِ بِالْيَدِ إِنْ أَبَى الْمَارُّ الِامْتِنَاعَ مِنَ الْمُرُورِ، بِذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ مُجْمَلٍ غَيْرِ مُفَسَّرٍ
And if the passerby does not stop despite being prevented, then it is permissible to fight him with the hand. In this regard, a concise, unexplained narration is mentioned.
