ضِدَّ قَوْلِ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّ الْعُمْرَةَ غَيْرُ جَائِزَةٍ إِلَّا مِنَ الْمَوَاقِيتِ الَّتِي وَقَّتَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ ذَكَرَ الْمَوَاقِيتَ، فَقَالَ: يُهِلُّ أَهْلُ الْمَدِينَةِ مِنْ ذِي الْحُلَيْفَةِ، الْأَخْبَارَ بِتَمَامِهَا.
Against the statement of those people who say that it is necessary to assume the Ihram for Umrah only from those places which the Prophet (peace be upon him) specified, he (the Prophet) had said that the people of Madinah should assume Ihram from Dhu’l-Hulayfah, and he also specified the Miqat for people residing in other places.
