جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(347) بَابُ ذِكْرِ مَنْ قَدَّمَ نُسُكًا قَبْلَ نُسُكٍ جَاهِلًاWhoever performed a ritual before another out of ignorance.
Hadith Q2949
بِذِكْرِ خَبَرٍ مُخْتَصَرٍ غَيْرِ مُتَقَصٍّ، وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ لَا فِدْيَةَ لَهُ.
A brief mention of the hadith has been made regarding this matter, not a detailed one, and in this hadith there is also evidence that there is no fidya (compensation) upon the one who performs the acts of Hajj out of order.
