وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا زَجَرَ عَنْ إِعْطَاءِ الْجَازِرِ مِنْ لُحُومِ هَدْيِهِ عَلَى جِزَارَتِهَا شَيْئًا لَا أَنْ يَتَصَدَّقَ مِنْ لُحُومِهَا عَلَى الْجَازِرِ، لَوْ كَانَ الْجَازِرُ مِسْكِينًا.
And the explanation of the evidence that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) forbade giving the butcher meat from the sacrifice as his wage, but if the butcher is poor and needy, then it is not forbidden to give him meat as charity.
