(310) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ اشْتِرَاكِ سَبْعَةٍ مِنَ الْمُتَمَتِّعِينَ فِي الْبَدَنَةِ الْوَاحِدَةِ وَالْبَقَرَةِ الْوَاحِدَةَ،Chapter: Permissibility of seven mutamatti‘s sharing one camel or cow
Hadith Q2902
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ سُبْعَ بَدَنَةٍ وَسُبْعَ بَقَرَةٍ مِمَّا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ، إِذِ اللَّهُ- عَزَّ وَجَلَّ- أَوْجَبَ عَلَى الْمُتَمَتِّعِ مَا اسْتَيْسَرَ مِنَ الْهَدْيِ إِذَا وَجَدَهُ.
And the explanation of the evidence that sharing in one-seventh of a camel or a cow is a means of ease and convenience for the pilgrims, because Allah Almighty has made it obligatory for the pilgrim performing Tamattu’ Hajj to offer the available sacrifice.
