جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(263) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ إِيجَافَ الْخَيْلِ وَالْإِبِلِ وَالْإِيضَاعَ فِي السَّيْرِ فِي الدَّفْعَةِ مِنْ عَرَفَةَ لَيْسَ الْبِرَّ،Chapter: Explanation that rushing horses and camels when leaving ‘Arafah is not righteousness
Hadith Q2844
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ الْبِرَّ السَّكِينَةُ فِي السَّيْرِ بِمِثْلِ اللَّفْظَةِ الَّتِي ذَكَرْتُ أَنَّهَا لَفْظٌ عَامٌّ مُرَادُهُ خَاصٌّ.
But the wording of this hadith is also general like the wording of the previous hadith, and its intended meaning is specific.
