(214) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الرُّكُوبِ بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ إِذَا أُوذِيَ الطَّائِفُ بَيْنَهُمَا بِالِازْدِحَامِ عَلَيْهِ،Chapter: Permission to ride between Safa and Marwa if harmed by crowding
Hadith Q2779
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ الرُّكُوبَ بَيْنَهُمَا إِبَاحَةٌ لَا أَنَّهُ سُنَّةٌ وَاجِبَةٌ، وَلَا أَنَّهُ سُنَّةُ فَضِيلَةٍ بَلْ هِيَ سُنَّةُ إِبَاحَةٍ
When the one performing Sa’i faces difficulty due to the crowd of people. And the explanation of the evidence that it is permissible to ride between Safa and Marwah, and that this is neither an emphasized Sunnah nor a Sunnah of virtue, but rather it is for permissibility.
