جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(213) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ رُكُوبِ مَنْ بِالنَّاسِ إِلَيْهِ الْحَاجَةُ وَالْمَسْأَلَةُ عَنْ أَمْرِ دِينِهِمْ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ إِذَا كَثُرَ الزِّحَامُ عَلَى الْعَالِمِ،Chapter: Recommendation for scholars to ride between Safa and Marwa if needed due to crowds
Hadith Q2778
وَلَمْ يُمْكِنْ سُؤَالُهُ، إِذَا كَانَ الْعَالِمُ مَاشِيًا بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ
And if people need to ask him religious questions, and it is not possible due to his walking on foot, then because of such a crowd, the scholar can perform Sa'i between Safa and Marwah while riding.
