(146) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي اسْتِظْلَالِ الْمُحْرِمِ وَإِنْ كَانَ نَازِلًا غَيْرَ سَائِرٍChapter: Permission for a person in ihram to seek shade even when stationary
Hadith Q2687
ضِدَّ قَوْلِ مَنْ كَرِهَهُ وَنَهَى عَنْهُ
Contrary to the position of those scholars who consider it disliked and prohibit the pilgrim in the state of ihram from seeking shade.
