(130) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْخَبَرِ الْمُفَسِّرِ لِلَّفْظَةِ الْمُجْمَلَةِ الَّتِي ذَكَرْتُهَا فِي بَعْضِ مَا أُبِيحَ قَتْلُهُ لِلْمُحْرِمِ،Chapter: Clarification of the general term regarding what is permissible to kill in ihram
Hadith Q2669
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا أَبَاحَ لِلْمُحْرِمِ قَتْلَ بَعْضِ الْغِرْبَانِ لَا كُلِّهَا، وَإِنَّهُ إِنَّمَا أَبَاحَ قَتْلَ الْأَبْقَعِ مِنْهَا دُونَ مَا سِوَاهُ مِنَ الْغِرْبَانِ
And the explanation of the evidence that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) ordered the killing of certain crows. He did not order the killing of all crows.
