(106) بَابُ كَرَاهِيَةِ قَبُولِ الْمُحْرِمِ الصَّيْدَ إِذَا أُهْدِيَ لَهُ فِي إِحْرَامِهِ،106 Subchapter: Dislike of a pilgrim accepting game as a gift during ihram
Hadith Q2637
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمُحْرِمَ غَيْرُ جَائِزٍ لَهُ مِلْكُ الصَّيْدِ فِي إِحْرَامِهِ.
And the explanation of the evidence that it is not permissible for a Muhrim to take ownership of any game while in the state of Ihram.
