(92) بَابُ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْغَارِمَ الَّذِي يَجُوزُ إِعْطَاؤُهُ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ92| Chapter on the evidence regarding which debtor may be given zakat
Hadith Q2375
وَإِنْ كَانَ غَنِيًّا هُوَ الْغَارِمُ فِي الْحِمَالَةِ " وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنَّهُ يُعْطَى قَدْرَ مَا يُؤَدِّي الْحِمَالَةُ لَا أَكْثَرَ
He is such a debtor who has incurred blood money or compensation upon himself, even if he himself is wealthy. He should only be given enough wealth to pay off his compensation, etc. He should not be given more than that.
