(79) بَابُ صَدَقَةِ الْفَقِيرِ الَّذِي يَجُوزُ لَهُ الْمَسْأَلَةُ فِي الصَّدَقَةِ،79| Chapter on the poor person who is allowed to ask for zakat
Hadith Q2359
وَالدَّلِيلُ عَلَى أَنْ لَا وَقْتَ فِيمَا يُعْطَى الْفَقِيرُ مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ إِلَّا قَدْرً سُدُّ خُلَّتَهُ وَفَاقَتَهُ
And the explanation of the evidence that there is no fixed amount for charity given to a poor person, but he should be given as much as will remove his poverty.
