نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، نا عَمِّي ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ بْنِ أَبِي مُوسَى الأَشْعَرِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ لِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ : أَسَمِعْتَ أَبَاكَ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي شَأْنِ سَاعَةِ الْجُمُعَةِ ؟ قَالَ : قُلْتُ : نَعَمْ , سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " هِيَ مَا بَيْنَ أَنْ يَجْلِسَ الإِمَامُ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ إِلَى أَنْ تُقْضَى الصَّلاةُ " . نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ , نا عَمِّي , حَدَّثَنِي مَيْمُونُ بْنُ يَحْيَى وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَخِي مَخْرَمَةَ , عَنْ مَخْرَمَةَ , عَنْ أَبِيهِ بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ مِثْلِهِ سَوَاءً
Sayyiduna Abu Burdah bin Abi Musa Ash'ari رضي الله عنه reports that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar رضي الله عنهما said to me, "Have you heard your esteemed father say anything from the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم regarding the hour on Friday?" He says, I replied, "Yes." I heard him say that I heard the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم say: "That hour is between the time when the Imam sits on the pulpit until the prayer is completed."
Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that in the narration of Ibn Sirin from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him), these words are present (which are evidence for this issue): "The one who is praying, at that moment, supplicates to Allah Almighty for goodness and blessings, so Allah Almighty grants him exactly that."
