(2) بَابُ الدَّلِيلِ أَنَّ فَرَضَ الْجُمُعَةِ عَلَى الْبَالِغِينَ دُونَ الْأَطْفَالِ،2| Chapter on the evidence that Jumu‘ah is obligatory for adults, not children
Hadith Q1721
وَهَذَا مِنَ الْجِنْسِ الَّذِي نَقُولُ: إِنَّهُ مِنَ الْأَخْبَارِ الْمُعَلَّلَةِ الَّذِي يَجُوزُ الْقِيَاسُ عَلَيْهِ، قَدْ بَيَّنْتُهُ فِي عَقِبِ الْخَبَرِ.
And this issue is of the kind about which we say that it is among those narrated traditions with underlying reasons, upon which analogy is permissible; I have explained it after the hadith.
