جماع أبواب فضائل المساجد وبنائها وتعظيمهاChapters on Virtues and Construction of Mosques
(592) بَابُ الْأَمْرِ بِالدُّعَاءِ عَلَى الْمُتَبَايِعَيْنِ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ أَنْ لَا تَرْبَحَ تِجَارَتُهُمَاThe chapter on the command to supplicate against those who trade in the mosque, that their trade is not profitable
Hadith Q1305
وَفِيهِ مَا دَلَّ عَلَى أَنَّ الْبَيْعَ يَنْعَقِدُ وَإِنْ كَانَا عَاصِيَيْنِ بِفِعْلِهِمَا
And in this is evidence that their buying and selling will be concluded, even though they will be sinful because of this action.
