(587) بَابُ ذِكْرِ بَدْءِ تَحْصِيبِ الْمَسْجِدِ كَانَThe chapter on the beginning of spreading gravel in the mosque
Hadith Q1298
وَالدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ الْمَسَاجِدَ إِنَّمَا تُحَصَّبُ حَتَّى لَا يُقَذِّرَ الطِّينُ وَالْبَلَلُ الثِّيَابَ إِذَا مُطِرُوا، إِنْ ثَبَتَ الْخَبَرُ .
Explanation of the evidence that pebbles will be spread in the mosque so that due to rain, mud and wetness (water), clothes do not get dirty. If the hadith narrated in this regard is authentic.
