(547) بَابُ صَلَاةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عِنْدَ الضُّحَىThe chapter on the Prophet's prayer at Duha time
Hadith Q1232
وَهَذَا مِنَ الْبَابِ الَّذِي أَعْلَمْتُ أَنَّ الْحُكْمَ لِلْمُخْبِرِ الَّذِي يُخْبِرُ بِكَوْنِ الشَّيْءِ، لَا مَنْ يَنْفِي الشَّيْءَ
And this is regarding that about which I have already stated that the ruling will be based on the report of the one who informs about the occurrence of something, not on the report of the one who negates something.
