(529) بَابُ الْأَمْرِ بِصَلَاةِ التَّطَوُّعِ فِي الْبُيُوتِThe chapter on the command to pray voluntary prayers at home
Hadith Q1205
وَالنَّهْيِ عَنِ اتِّخَاذِ الْبُيُوتِ قُبُورًا فَيَتَحَامَى الصَّلَاةَ فِيهِنَّ وَهَذَا الْخَبَرُ دَالٌّ عَلَى الزَّجْرِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الْمَقَابِرِ
And the prohibition of making houses like graveyards, that is, not to perform prayers in them, and this hadith is evidence for the prohibition of performing prayers in graveyards.
