(470) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ الْقِرَاءَةِ فِي رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ، فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ مِنْهُمَا بِآيَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ سِوَى فَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ،The chapter on the permissibility of reciting a single verse besides Al-Fatiha in each of the two units before Fajr
Hadith Q1115
ضِدَّ قَوْلِ مَنْ زَعَمَ أَنَّهُ لَا يُجْزِئُ أَنْ يَقْرَأَ فِي رَكْعَةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ مِنَ التَّطَوُّعِ بِأَقَلَّ مِنْ ثَلَاثِ آيَاتٍ سِوَى الْفَاتِحَةِ
Contrary to the claim of the person who says that in every rak'ah of a voluntary prayer, reciting less than three verses in addition to Surah Al-Fatihah will not suffice.
