Sahih Ibn Khuzaymah
(403) بَابُ النَّائِمِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ وَالنَّاسِي لَهَا يَسْتَيْقِظُ أَوْ يَذْكُرُهَا فِي غَيْرِ وَقْتِ الصَّلَاةِ403 Chapter: One Who Sleeps through or Forgets a Prayer and Remembers It Outside Its Time.
Hadith 990
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ رَبَاحٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَأَصْحَابَهُ لَمَّا نَامُوا عَنِ الصَّلاةِ ، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " صَلُّوهَا لِلْغَدِ لِوَقْتِهَا "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) and his noble companions missed a prayer due to sleep, the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Perform this prayer tomorrow at its (appointed) time."
