(331) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي بَزْقِ الْمُصَلِّي فِي نَعْلِهِ لِيُخْرِجَهُ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ331 Chapter: Permission to Spit in One’s Shoe to Remove It from the Mosque.
Hadith 881
نَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ وَهُوَ ابْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، فِي حَدِيثٍ طَوِيلٍ ذَكَرَهُ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي صَلاتِهِ فَلا يَبْصُقْ أَمَامَهُ ؛ فَإِنَّ رَبَّهُ أَمَامَهُ ، وَلْيَبْصُقْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ ، أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمِهِ ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ مَبْصَقًا فَفِي ثَوْبِهِ ، أَوْ نَعْلِهِ ، حَتَّى يَخْرُجَ بِهِ "
Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "When any one of you is in prayer, he should not spit in front of him because his Lord is in front of him, and he should spit to his left or under his foot. If he does not find a place to spit, then he should spit into his garment or his shoe (and after the prayer) take it outside."
