(244) بَابُ التَّعَوُّذِ بَعْدَ السَّلَامِ مِنَ الصَّلَاةِ.244 Chapter: Seeking Refuge after Salam from Prayer.
Hadith 747
نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الأَحْمَسِيُّ ، نا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ الشَّحَّامِ ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي دُبُرِ الصَّلاةِ : " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ وَعَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ "
Hazrat Muslim bin Abi Bakrah narrates from his respected father that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to recite this supplication after prayer, « اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْکُفْرِ وَالْفَقْرِ وَ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ » "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from disbelief, poverty and destitution, and the torment of the grave."
