(226) بَابُ صِفَةِ وَضْعِ الْيَدَيْنِ عَلَى الرُّكْبَتَيْنِ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ وَتَحْرِيكِ السَّبَّابَةِ عِنْدَ الْإِشَارَةِ بِهَا.226 Chapter: How to Place the Hands on the Knees in Tashahhud and Moving the Index Finger when Pointing.
Hadith 714
نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، نا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، حَدَّثَنَا زَائِدَةُ ، نا عَاصِمُ بْنُ كُلَيْبٍ الْجَرْمِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبِي ، أَنَّ وَائِلَ بْنَ حُجْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَهُ ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : لأَنْظُرَنَّ إِلَى صَلاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَيْفَ يُصَلِّي ؟ قَالَ : فَنَظَرْتُ إِلَيْهِ يُصَلِّي ، فَكَبَّرَ ، فَذَكَرَ بَعْضَ الْحَدِيثِ ، وَقَالَ : " ثُمَّ قَعَدَ ، فَافْتَرَشَ رِجْلَهُ الْيُسْرَى ، وَوَضَعَ كَفَّهُ الْيُسْرَى ، عَلَى فَخِذِهِ وَرُكْبَتِهِ الْيُسْرَى ، وَجَعَلَ حَدَّ مِرْفَقِهِ الأَيْمَنِ عَلَى فَخِذِهِ الْيُمْنَى ، ثُمَّ قَبَضَ ثِنْتَيْنِ مِنْ أَصَابِعِهِ وَحَلَّقَ حَلْقَةً ، ثُمَّ رَفَعَ إِصْبَعَهُ ، فَرَأَيْتُهُ يُحَرِّكُهَا يَدْعُو بِهَا " . قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : لَيْسَ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنَ الأَخْبَارِ " يُحَرِّكُهَا " إِلا فِي هَذَا الْخَبَرِ زَائِدٌ ذِكْرُهُ
Sayyiduna Wa'il bin Hujr (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I said (in my heart) that I will definitely observe the prayer of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) carefully to see how he performs the prayer. So I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performing the prayer, and when he started the prayer, he said « اللهُ أَكْبَرُ », then narrated a part of the hadith. And he said that then the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sat down, and he spread his left foot and placed his left hand on his left thigh and left knee, and placed the edge of his right elbow on his right thigh, then joined two fingers together and made a circle, then raised his finger, so I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) moving it and supplicating with it. Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that in no other narration are these words mentioned except in this narration, that "he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was moving it." These words are mentioned as an addition.
