(197) بَابُ طُولِ السَّجْدَةِ وَالتَّسْوِيَةِ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الرُّكُوعِ وَبَيْنَ الْقِيَامِ بَعْدَ رَفْعِ الرَّأْسِ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ.Chapter 197: Lengthening the prostration and making it equal to bowing and standing after bowing
Hadith 659
نا بُنْدَارٌ ، نا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ . ح وَحَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ رُكُوعُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَرَفْعُ رَأْسِهِ بَعْدَ الرُّكُوعِ ، وَسُجُودُهُ وَجُلُوسُهُ بَيْنَ السَّجْدَتَيْنِ قَرِيبًا مِنَ السَّوَاءِ "
Sayyiduna Bara’ bin Azib (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the bowing (ruku‘) of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), his raising his head after bowing (and standing), his prostration, and his sitting between the two prostrations were approximately equal.
