(183) بَابُ السُّجُودِ عَلَى أَلْيَتَيِ الْكَفِّChapter 183: Prostrating on the palms
Hadith 639
نا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ بِشْرِ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ ، نا عَلِيٌّ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنَ وَاقِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَسْجُدُ عَلَى أَلْيَتَيِ الْكَفِّ "
Sayyiduna Bara’ (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to prostrate on the base of his thumb and little finger.
