(423) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي دُخُولِ مَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ عِنْدَ الْعِلْمِ بِحَدَثٍPermission to enter Mecca without Ihram if there is a valid reason.
Hadith 3064
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا سَلَمَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ الضَّمْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ : بَعَثَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَبَعَثَ مَعِي رَجُلا مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ ، فَقَالَ : " ائْتِيَا أَبَا سُفْيَانَ بْنَ حَرْبٍ ، فَاقْتُلاهُ " ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ ، وَقَالَ : فَلَمَّا دَخَلْنَا مَكَّةَ ، قَالَ لِي صَاحِبِي : هَلْ لَكَ أَنْ نَبْدَأَ فَنَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ أُسْبُوعًا ، وَنُصَلِّي رَكْعَتَيْنِ ؟ فَقُلْتُ : أَنَا أَعْلَمُ بِأَهْلِ مَكَّةَ ، أَنَّهُمْ إِذَا أَظْلَمُوا رَسُوا أَفْنِيَتَهُمْ ، ثُمَّ جَلَسُوا بِهَا ، وَأَنَا أَعْرِفُ فِيهَا مِنَ الْفَرَسِ الأَبْلَقِ ، فَلَمْ يَزَلْ بِي حَتَّى أَتَيْنَا الْبَيْتَ ، فَطُفْنَا بِهِ أُسْبُوعًا وَصَلَّيْنَا رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، ثُمَّ خَرَجْنَا
Hazrat Umayyah al-Dumari narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) sent me and an Ansari companion and ordered: "Go to Abu Sufyan and kill him." Then the complete hadith is narrated. And he states: When we entered Makkah, my companion said to me, "What do you think, should we first perform Tawaf of the Sacred House and offer two rak'ahs of prayer?" I said that I know the customs and ways of the people of Makkah, that when night falls, they sprinkle water in the courtyards of their houses and gather for assemblies, and I also recognize the owner of the dappled horse in Makkah (so for now, come to the main task first). But he kept insisting and kept persuading me until we reached the Sacred House, performed seven circuits of Tawaf, and offered two rak'ahs, then we left from there.
