جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(397) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الْبَيَانِ أَنَّ بَعْضَ الْحِجْرِ مِنَ الْبَيْتِ، لَا جَمِيعَهُClarification that only part of the Hijr is from the Kaaba, not all of it.
Hadith 3021
حَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، وَرَوَاهُ يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ رُومَانَ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ لَهَا ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ ، فَقَالَ : قَالَ يَزِيدُ : قَدْ شَهِدْتُ ابْنَ الزُّبَيْرِ حِينَ هَدْمَهُ ، حَدَّثَنَاهُ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : فَرِوَايَةُ يَزِيدَ بْنِ هَارُونَ دَالَّةٌ عَلَى أَنَّ يَزِيدَ بْنَ رُومَانَ قَدْ سَمِعَ الْخَبَرَ مِنْهُمَا جَمِيعًا .
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to her. Then she narrated the complete hadith. Yazid says that when Sayyiduna Ibn Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) demolished the Sacred House (Ka'bah), I was also present there. Imam Abu Bakr (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the narration of Yazid bin Harun is evidence that Yazid bin Roman heard this hadith from both Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair and Urwah bin Zubair (may Allah be pleased with them both).
