جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(382) بَابُ ذِكْرِ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا رَخَّصَ لِلْحُيَّضِ فِي النَّفْرِ بِلَا وَدَاعٍ إِذَا كُنَّ قَدْ أَفَضْنَ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ حِضْنَ.Evidence that the Prophet allowed menstruating women to leave without farewell Tawaf if they had already performed the main Tawaf before menstruation.
Hadith 3002
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، إِنَّ صَفِيَّةَ حَاضَتْ ، فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , فَقَالَ : " أَحَابِسَتُنَا هِيَ ؟ " فَقُلْتُ : إِنَّهَا حَاضَتْ بَعْدَمَا أَفَاضَتْ ، قَالَ : " فَلا إِذًا فَلْتَنْفِرْ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that Lady Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) began menstruating, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) was informed of this. He asked: "Will she prevent us from departing?" I said that she began menstruating after performing the Tawaf al-Ifadah. He said: "Then there is no harm. She may depart."
