جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(381) بَابُ الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ اللَّفْظَةَ الَّتِي ذَكَرْتُهَا فِي خَبَرِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ لَفْظٌ عَامٌّ مُرَادُهُ خَاصٌّEvidence that the wording in Ibn Abbas’s narration is general but intended for a specific group.
Hadith 3001
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ خَشْرَمٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عِيسَى ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ حَجَّ فَلْيَكُنْ آخِرُ عَهْدِهِ بِالْبَيْتِ ، إِلا الْحُيَّضَ ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لَهُنَّ "
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that whoever performs Hajj should make the last act in Makkah the circumambulation (Tawaf) of the Sacred House (Baytullah), except for menstruating women, because the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) granted them exemption from performing the Farewell Tawaf.
