(350) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الْجِمَاعِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ بَعْدَ الزِّيَارَةِ.Permission for marital relations on Eid after visiting the Kaaba.
Hadith 2954
حَدَّثَنَا الرَّبِيعُ ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ، عَنِ الأَوْزَاعِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ التَّيْمِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَتْنِي عَائِشَةُ ، قَالَتْ : أَفَاضَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، ثُمَّ أَرَادَ مِنْ صَفِيَّةَ مَا يُرِيدُ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ ، فَقِيلَ : إِنَّهَا حَائِضٌ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَحَابِسَتُنَا هِيَ " ، فَقَالُوا : إِنَّهَا قَدْ أَفَاضَتْ ، فَنَفَرَ بِهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performed the Tawaf al-Ifadah, then intended to fulfill his marital desire with Lady Safiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her). It was said to him that she had started her menstruation. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) asked: "Will she prevent us from departing?" He was informed that she had already performed the Tawaf al-Ifadah, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) departed (for Madinah) taking her along with him.
