جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(337) بَابُ الرُّخْصَةِ فِي الِاصْطِيَادِ وَجَمِيعِ مَا حُرِّمَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ بَعْدَ رَمْيِ الْجَمْرَةِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ قَبْلَ زِيَارَةِ الْبَيْتِ،Permission to hunt and do what was forbidden to the pilgrim after stoning the Jamrah on Eid before visiting the Kaaba.
Hadith 2938
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْعَلاءِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَالِمًا ، يَقُولُ : قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ : " أَنَا طَيَّبْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَسُنَّةُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَحَقُّ أَنْ تُتَّبَعَ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that I applied perfume to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). And the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) is most deserving of being followed.
