جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(328) بَابُ الْهَدْيِ يَضِلُّ فَيُنْحَرُ مَكَانَهُ آخَرُ، ثُمَّ يُوجَدُ الْأَوَّلُ.If the Hajj offering is lost, another is sacrificed, then the first is found.
Hadith 2925
حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، أَنَّهَا سَاقَتْ بَدَنَتَيْنِ ، فَأَضَلَّتْهُمَا فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهَا ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ بَدَنَتَيْنِ فَنَحَرَتْهُمَا ، ثُمَّ وَجَدْتُ الْبَدَنَتَيْنِ الأُولَيَيْنِ ، فَنَحَرَتْهُمَا أَيْضًا ، ثُمَّ قَالَتْ : " هَكَذَا السُّنَّةُ فِي الْبُدْنِ " ، حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ . . . عَائِشَةُ : بَدَنَتَيْنِ بِمِثْلِهِ سَوَاءً
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that she had taken two camels with her for sacrifice, but they got lost. Then, Sayyiduna Ibn Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) gave her two camels, which she sacrificed. Later, the first two camels were also found, so Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) sacrificed them as well. Then she said that this is the prescribed way (Sunnah) for the sacrifice of (lost) camels.
