جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(317) بَابُ الزَّجْرِ عَنْ ذَبْحِ الْعَضْبَاءِ فِي الْهَدْيِ وَالْأَضَاحِي زَجْرَ اخْتِيَارِ، أَنَّ صَحِيحَ الْقَرْنِ وَالْأُذُنِ أَفْضَلُ مِنَ الْعَضْبَاءِ، لَا أَنَّ الْعَضْبَاءَ غَيْرُ مُجْزِيَةٍ،Discouragement from sacrificing animals with damaged ears or horns, but they are still valid; intact animals are preferred.
Hadith 2913
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ جُرَيَّ بْنَ كُلَيْبٍ ، رَجُلا مِنْهُمْ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ، " أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يُضَحِّيَ بِأَعْضَبِ الْقَرْنِ وَالأُذُنِ " ، قَالَ قَتَادَةُ : فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِسَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، فَقَالَ : الْعَضْبُ النِّصْفُ فَمَا فَوْقَ ذَلِكَ . ثنا بُنْدَارٌ ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ خَالِدِ بْنِ عَثْمَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، قَالَ : الْعَضْبُ الْقَرْنُ الدَّاخِلُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade sacrificing an animal with a broken horn or a cut ear. Imam Qatadah (may Allah have mercy on him) says: I narrated this tradition to Imam Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him), so he said: By "‘adhb" is meant an animal whose half horn is broken or half ear is split. Janab Shahr bin Hawshab says: By "‘adhb" is meant a horn that is broken from the inside.
