جماع أبواب ذكر أفعال اختلف الناس فى إباحته للمحرم، نصت سنة النبى صلى الله عليه وسلم أو دلت على إباحتهاChapters on Acts Permitted for the Pilgrim by Sunnah
(315) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ الْمُغَالَاةِ بِثَمَنِ الْهَدْيِ وَكَرَائِمِهِRecommendation to offer the best and most valuable animals for sacrifice.
Hadith 2910
إِنْ كَانَ شَهْمُ بْنُ الْجَارُودِ مِمَّنْ يَجُوزُ الِاحْتِجَاجُ بِخَبَرِهِ.
Provided that it is permissible to take evidence from the hadith of Shahm bin Jarood. And this issue is according to the position of Imam Mutalibi.
