(309) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ اشْتِرَاكِ النَّفَرِ فِي الْبَدَنَةِ وَالْبَقَرَةِ الْوَاحِدَةِ،Chapter: Permissibility of sharing a camel or cow among several people
Hadith 2901
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الأَعْلَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الْحَارِثِ ، وَمَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ : " نَحَرْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَامَ الْحُدَيْبِيَةِ الْبَدَنَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ ، وَالْبَقَرَةَ عَنْ سَبْعَةٍ "
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that in the year of Hudaybiyyah, we slaughtered a camel on behalf of seven people along with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), and a cow was also sacrificed on behalf of seven people.
