(302) بَابُ النَّهْيِ عَنِ احْتِصَارِ الْمَنَازِلِ بِمِنًى إِنْ ثَبَتَ الْخَبَرُ،Chapter: Prohibition of reserving places in Mina, if the narration is authentic
Hadith 2891
حَدَّثَنَا سَلْمُ بْنُ جُنَادَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مُهَاجِرٍ ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ مُسَيْكَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ تَعْنِي رَجُلا يَا نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ، أَلا نَبْنِي بِمِنًى بِنَاءً فَيُظِلُّكَ ، قَالَ : " لا ، مِنًى مُنَاخُ مَنْ سَبَقَ "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that a man said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him), should we not build a structure for you in Mina so that you may sit in its shade?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "No, Mina is for whoever comes first."
