Hadith 2790
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْخُزَاعِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِشْرٍ الْعَبْدِيَّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ، قَالَتْ : " خَرَجْنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الْحَجِّ عَلَى أَنْوَاعٍ ثَلاثَةٍ : فَمِنَّا مَا أَحْرَمَ بِحَجَّةٍ وَعُمْرَةٍ مَعًا ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِحَجَّةٍ مُفْرِدًا ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ مُفْرَدَةٍ ، فَمَنْ كَانَ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ وَحَجَّةٍ ، فَلا يَحِلُّ مِنْ شَيْءٍ قمِمَّا حُرِّمَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَقْضِيَ مَنَاسِكَ الْحَجِّ ، وَمَنْ أَهَلَّ بِعُمْرَةٍ مُفْرَدَةٍ ، فَطَافَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَسَعَى بَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ ، فَقَدْ قَضَى عُمْرَتَهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَقْبِلَ حَجًّا "
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates that we set out with the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) for Hajj, and we assumed three types of Ihram. Some among us assumed Ihram for both Hajj and Umrah together. Some of us assumed Ihram only for Hajj, and some assumed Ihram only for Umrah. So, whoever assumed Ihram for both Hajj and Umrah was not free from any restriction imposed by Ihram until he had performed the rites of Hajj. And whoever assumed Ihram for Umrah, he became free after performing Tawaf of the Sacred House and Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, until he assumed Ihram for Hajj (on the 8th of Dhul-Hijjah).
