(197) بَابُ الصَّلَاةِ بَعْدَ الْفَرَاغِ مِنَ الطَّوَافِ عِنْدَ الْمَقَامِChapter: Prayer after completing tawaf at the Station (Maqam)
Hadith 2754
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، قَالَ : أَتَيْنَا جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، فَسَأَلْنَاهُ عَنْ حَجَّةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ بِطُولِهِ ، وَقَالَ : " إِذَا فَرَغَ يُرِيدُ مِنَ الطَّوَافِ عَمَدَ إِلَى مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، فَصَلَّى خَلْفَهُ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، وَتَلا : وَاتَّخِذُوا مِنْ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى سورة البقرة آية 125 ، قَالَ : أَيْ يَقْرَأُ فِيهَا بِالتَّوْحِيدِ ، وَ قُلْ يَأَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ سورة الكافرون آية 1 "
Junaid Ja'far narrates that my father narrated to me, he says that we presented ourselves before Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with both of them), so we asked him about the Hajj of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). Then he narrated the complete hadith and said that when you finished the Tawaf, you came to Maqam Ibrahim and performed two rak'ahs behind it. And you recited this verse « وَاتَّخِذُوا مِن مَّقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ مُصَلًّى » [ سورة البقرة : 125 ] "And take the Maqam Ibrahim as a place of prayer." In these two rak'ahs, you recited the surahs « قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ » and « قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ».
