(193) بَابُ إِبَاحَةِ الطَّوَافِ وَالصَّلَاةِ بِمَكَّةَ بَعْدَ الْفَجْرِ وَبَعْدَ الْعَصْرِ،Chapter: Permissibility of tawaf and prayer in Mecca after Fajr and after ‘Asr
Hadith 2749
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ يَعْنِي الْعَدَنِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْجَبَّارِ بْنُ الْوَرْدِ ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ ، قَالَ : طَافَ الْمِسْوَرُ بْنُ مَخْرَمَةَ ثَمَانِيَةَ عَشَرَ سُبُوعًا ، ثُمَّ صَلَّى لِكُلِّ سَبْعٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ، وَقَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ ، إِنْ وُلِّيتُمْ هَذَا الْبَيْتَ مِنْ بَعْدِي ، فَلا تَمْنَعُوا أَحَدًا مِنَ النَّاسِ أَنْ يَطُوفَ بِهِ أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ مَا كَانَ مِنَ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ "
Ibn Abi Mulaika narrates that Sayyiduna Miswar bin Makhrama (may Allah be pleased with him) performed eighteen circuits (Tawaf) and offered two rak'ahs for each Tawaf, and said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Banu Abd Manaf, if you remain the custodians of this House (the Noble Ka'bah) after me, then do not prevent anyone from performing Tawaf of this House; let him perform Tawaf at any hour of the day or night whenever he wishes."
