(94) بَابُ اسْتِحْبَابِ الْإِهْلَالِ بِمَا يُحْرِمُ بِهِ الْمُهِلُّ مِنْ حَجِّ أَوْ عَمْرَةِ أَوْ هُمَا94 Subchapter: Recommending entering ihram with whatever one intends, Hajj, Umrah, or both
Hadith 2618
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الأَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لَبَّيْكَ بِحَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) recited the Talbiyah in these words and made the intention: « لَبَّيْكَ بِحَجِّ وَعُمَرَةِ » O Allah, I am present for the performance of Hajj and Umrah.
