(64) بَابُ التَّطَيُّبِ عِنْدَ الْإِحْرَامِ، ضِدَّ قَوْلِ مِنْ كَرِهَ ذَلِكَ، وَخَالَفَ سُنَّةَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ64 Subchapter: Using perfume when entering ihram, contrary to those who dislike it
Hadith 2580
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَكَّائِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ ، عَنْ أَبِي قَتَادَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ سَاقَ هَدْيًا تَطَوُّعًا فَعَطَبَ ، فَلا يَأْكُلْ مِنْهُ ، فَإِنَّهُ إِنْ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ كَانَ عَلَيْهِ بَدَلُهُ ، وَلَكِنْ لِيَنْحَرْهَا ، ثُمَّ يَغْمِسْ نَعْلَهَا فِي دَمِهَا ، ثُمَّ يَضْرِبْ فِي جَنْبِهَا وَإِنْ كَانَ هَدْيًا وَاجِبًا ، فَلْيَأْكُلْ إِنْ شَاءَ ، فَإِنَّهُ لا بُدَّ مِنْ قَضَائِهِ " ، قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ : هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ مُرْسَلٌ بَيْنَ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ ، وَأَبِي قَتَادَةَ رَجُلٌ
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever sends an animal for sacrifice as a voluntary act and that animal perishes, then that person should not eat anything from it, because if he eats anything from it, he will be obliged to provide a replacement. He should slaughter that animal, dip its shoe in its blood, and then mark its side. However, if it was an obligatory sacrifice, then if he wishes, he may eat from it."
